You are so right about us so-called 'smart' people. I do silly things all the time. My wife says I may have a brain but I was at the back of the queue when the common sense was being handed out...lol
Thanks for the kind words about the book. I hope I can justify all the faith that peopel are beginning to feel about my work. I just try to write stories that will thrill and entertain people at the same time, and of course, I research every one of my books thoroughly before I begin.
I just hope that 'Purple Death' does well in this month's awards. It would be great for Montario to have an award winner as one of his first published books. (As well as very nice for me).
I'm really ahppy for Aidana and LW that she won the award for the children's section. (I voted for her in that one, and again in this month's).
Well, I suppose I'd better go do some more writing, and also find another creepy cool picture to add to this message for you....lol

Good job I came to your page today. You put your reply to my message here instead of on my page...lol I'm glad I'm not the only one who does that sometimes. I'm sure we can sort something out about the signatures. I've been doing signed book plate kind of things for readers in the USA of 'A Study in Red' . I'm flattered that you want them all.
I hope all's well in your part of the world today. I have to take one of dogs to the vet later. She's very ill today so I'm not getting much work done.
